Hi all,
I am attempting to create complete delivery for sales order. The indicator of complete delivery at header level has been chosen, but it doesnt work, since I have to choose button 'Complete Delivery' everytime in Availability Control screen.
Why does this screen (Availability Control screen) always come up on screen even flag for Complete Delivery has been ticked???
I dont want to process complete delivery manually by pressing button 'Complete Delivey'. I want my order is complete automatically.
Is it possible???? (as another problem for me that screen complete delivery doesnt come up when recording - tcode SHDB).

Hi,
The complete delivery can be activated for the customer level in customer master shipping view... ensure the message VL049 to be entered as error message...
The availability control over view screen will apear even u ask for full delivery... this is for the confirmed qty available...

My scenario:
I have material, lets say XXX in storage location ZALB = 5500 PC. Then I create order for 6000 PC. Header delivery date: 22.04.2003 (current date). I set my schedule line date to be delivered 7 days after today.
Another condition:
I set 'complete delivery' indicator at header level to have 'X' .
My question:
What happen with the schedule line? Will it confirm fully delivered in 6000 Pieces because of the flag 'complete delivery'???

Answer:
Hi Alia,
If you change the delivery date in Header level it wont effect the Schedule line level. To get the change effect at schedule line level, do the following
Selece the line item -->Goto Edit--> First Change of -->Delivery date.
Here you have to give the delivery date and it will copy the schedule line leve.
