Question:
Dear all,
Can anyone help me?
I have defined a condition type for insurance amount to be charged to the customer.
It currently accepts decimal figures upto 3 decimal places.
ie for eg. 0.018
But I want it to accept upto 4 decimal places.
ie. for eg. 0.0175
We now had to round it to the next higher decimal place and post it.
But is this changeable? If so how?

Answer:
What decimal Places you are talking about. I am surprised if you say 3 decimals for USD currency. Usually it is 2. But if you are using other currency you can extend it to Multiple decimals ( SAP can let you have up to 5 decimals in Standrd SD and 6 for IS-oil.
Otherwise youc an use Per 10 if it is qty based condition.
Answer:
hello ram
it is not possible to define 4 decimal places in condition creation for percen
tages. i tried and could not succeed. I note that for conditions calculation type A (percentages), the decimal places are defined in the program itself
and hence it can not be changed. Even SAP said that it is the standard
and could not be modified.
Pls therefore live with this or if you could think of a way around pls let me
know.
tks
