i want to create stock for the sales order which is made wrt inquiry. the scenario is that i have to assign the stock of finished goods to a sales order through transfer posting. ( for my client iam using t-code MB1B & movement type 412 with special stock indicator E). however the follwoing error comes
Acount assignment cannot be carried out because of different origin no.
Diagnosis
The sales document to which you want to refer is based on sales document 2200000001( inquiry no) and item 000010. Therefore, the settlement and possibly inventory management are carried out using the number of the preceding document.

Procedure
Enter the document and the item number of the preceding sales document (i.e. inquiry no)
i have created sales order wrt inquiry & schedule lines r getting confimred for inquiry thru the t/f posting of stock to inquiry but when i make sales wrt inquiry , the schedule lines r not confirmed for the sales order . so i tried creating the stock for the sales order too thru MB1B (mov type 412 E) but the above error appears i.e. account assignment ......."
so iam not able to make delivery ?? what to do

Is this make to order senario ?
Yester day also I asked you the same question.
If this is Make to order.
Why you are assigning stock to Inquiry. Why not to Sales order directly.
I also have a doubt with MB1B I think You should be using 'MB1A with moment type 261'
( Assigning stock to Sales Order ).
This has to be done by your production guys.
For your info the flow will be like this.
You create a sales order for make to order material.
When production guys run 'md02' it is converted to planned order and then it is converted to production order and they draw raw material from storage location ( I forgot the moment type ) once the stock is ready they assign the stock to Sales order against which productio order is created.
You will then be able to see stock against your sales order Environment ---> availability then only the system allows you to create a Delivery.
I do not know if your's is also same senario.
I did this long back I forgot moment types.
