Hi All,
I read in one of the SAP training materials that a sales document type of a sales order can be changed after getting saved.
I checked out all the possibilities but could not find out. If anyone of you have worked on similar kind of requirement, please suggest me.

I know there are fields for alternative document types in vov8 but I'm not so sure you can switch it after saving..

specify the alternate doc type in VOV8, read help documentation on the necessary settings to allow alternate doc type.

Two other alternate doc types can be set up for a document type.
