Use the search on the forum and you will see that the question of restricting GR55 has been answered a few times.
Once you have sufficiently restricted access to execute tehe reports you then need to trace each report or look in the code for auth checks against cost centre relevant authorisation objects. If there are no checks then it is not possible to restrict by cost centre unless you add the checks into the report code.
Also, SAP does not put much emphasis on restricting Cost and Profit Centre information and the authorisation concept is weak in this area and full of holes.
