Hi,
We are on 46C/AIX/Ora 9x.
I have a SAP_ALL in DEV. I go to to DB02 - Detail Analysis button - Enter table name - Chose Table<->Indexes button - Select the Index and Chooe Detail Analysis button.
On this screen I get a menu option Alter Index. In this you can Rebuild a seconadary index or do a Colesce.
Now in our PROD I have a same SAP_ALL access but I do not see Alter Index menu option in PROD.
What could be the reason behind This.

I found it.
I think it is a SP issue.

Do you mean that your PROD has a higher SP than your DEV?
