Dear All,
We have installed EP6 (Netweaver) SP9 for Portal and KM on Windows 2003 Server.
We are facing the following problems.
1. email sending
We configured a System for Exchange connectivity under collaboration
with our Exchange 2000 Mail Server. While testing the connectivity,
it does not show anything unlike in case of SAP System.
We have done the configuration steps as per the Netweaver help for
Portal under
SAP Library->Collaboration->Installing and configuring Email
Connectivity.
We could telnet our mail server using port 25.
2. Windows Integrated Authentication
We are not able to find steps for doing Windows integrated
authentication. In the First page it is asking for username/password.
We want the portal to understand that it is a valid user once he
had logged in to our windows network and not ask username/password
again.
Any idea how this can be achieved ?

I havent used EP, but my experience is that Windows 2003 doesn't play nice with anything except 2003. Try OSS for more on this. Lots of problems!

Dear all,
I have got the solution to the first problem. The McAfee antivirus s/w
was blocking the port 25 to restrict mass mailing worms . Once we removed the blocking mail started working. After that only we could
telnet to the mail server.
Any clues for second problem ?

You might start with OSS notes 352295, possibly also 785343. Then move on - there are quite a few useful notes.
Note the kerberos issues when using Win2003 with anything else.
