Question:
I am trying to installl PDK version downloaded from http://www.iviewstudio.com and while installing it i am getting an error c:\jdk.1.3.1\bin\java - not found.
I have downloaded jdk1.3.1, apache ant, and Jbuilder. when I am runnning startup.bat, I seem to run into this error. Can anybody clear this???

The normal installation of any java application is after finding the path of java executable.
Most of the applications read a specific file for path location and then execute them selves through java.
Try finding the specific file what is being read by the system, the path can normally be altered to point to your java executable.
If problem persists try installing jdk from sun.java site.

Did u install jdk1.3.1_04 in the server. Also, check with u have set JAVA_HOME in your environment variable(this points any application to look for java related files on this path.
