Issue is from ME23N, user wants to look at the purchase order history Goods Receipt document but if the user does not have transaction MIGO in their authorizations, then they get an error message of no authorization. I ran a trace and found that the system actually calls MIGO transactions so then created a test role adding ME23N and MIGO but with the activity of 03 display. This allowed me to drill into the GR document. Issue is when the user has access to MB1A, MB1B or MB1C, they can then do goods receipt for purchase orders anyway. Please see if there is a way for us to allow users to do the drill down but not be able to do purchase order goods receipts using MIGO or any other transaction.
