I would like to enable Users to change the cost center (transaction KS02) but just fields / Person responsible and Departement. All the other fields in the cost center master data should be closed.
Is this possible in SAP 4.7?

Answer:
Field level control is only available for Customer and Vendor master records. all the other will require you to create a variant transaction that blockes all filed but the one you want. I beleive you use SHD0 to create the variant
