is there any standard role/profile where in i can
1. Get display authorisation for spro &
2. only display of all transactions
or even specific to any modules.
ideally i want an authorization where in somebody can monitor all transactions of particular module.

Nope.
You will have to create one. SPRO View can be create from PFCG if you creae a project or load the tcodes for the tables that house the SPFO tcodes

Create a new role. Do not enter any tcodes thru menu. As you have not
entered any tcodes, SAP will ask you to choose a SAP standard template.
Choose SAP_ALL and configure it according to your requirements.
Remove the tcodes you dont want in S_TCODE. Remove all the 1 activities from auth objects. Be careful with the "S_" auth objects.

You should be leary of an S_TCODE without specifically enumerated tcodes. while it may be ok if this is the ONLY role the user has, in combination with other roles it could be devistaing.
Further you will have to remove all activities EXCEPT display from all object and us only the display values. Note there are some 30 different activity fields to contend .
