Hi Gurus,
I have to face a process problem regarding the printer parameters in the portal.
My customer is using the last SAP Portal but I do not know the SP...
Some BW reports are published in this portal and when end users want to prinit them, the printer parameters popup box from the Portal appears, which is OK.
But after the validation, the printer parameter bos for IE appears and I have to fill in again my parameters....
As I am just giving a hand to my customer on this, has one of you already faced this problem and managed to solve it??? Or may be just an clue to find the solution??

just a clue: we fixed it by using an activeX component
