Can someone tell me how I can restruict access to payroll/employee reports within the HR module. We currently not using HR but would like to create roles that have restircted access to this, in the event we decide to implement HR module in the future.
Any information regarding this would be appreciated.

THe minimum Payroll informationis housed in infotype 0007 and 0008, but there are several others that can be configured that has some other info in them but primarily it is infotype 0008. With P_ORGIN turned on you can then controll access to anything payroll by limiting access infotype 0008.

You can also implement a naming convention for your program authorization groups. Access to reports can be restricted by not granting access to the program authrorization group S_PROGRAM.
