Hello. I am working on the time management and payroll side of the house. I am interested in moving over to EP/ESS/MSS. The reason for this is that there are lots of opportunties to do payroll things on the EP. My question is this. I am a functional consultant. I have no technical expertise. How can I move into EP. Also what would I be able to do? Do I need to become technical?
