plog vs p_orgin

Question: hai all

whats the difference between PLOG and P_ORGIN . when exactly P_ORGIN will be used instead of PLOG .

PLOG is generally for Organizational hierarch, typically Infotypes 1000 and 1001. tcodes PPOME, PPSS, PO13, etc
P_ORGIN is for employee records IT 0000 to 9999. tcodes PA30, PA20, PA40

what if there is a conflict between these 2 objects i mean when the same infotype with different auth levels are mentioned ? what will be the effective authorisations . will there be any situation that both the ibjects will be used for the same infotype . thanks .

There is not a conflict PLOG is for Org Structure maintenance P_ORGIN is for HR Employee master record maintenance. The overlaping IT are not the same with respect to the two control and subtype.
