HI ALL
here is an issue , manager assigns to qualifications to employees . only he should be able to see the assigned qualifications other managers should not see these assigned qualifications if he is not the one who has assigned them . in short the qualification and other data should only be viewed or maintained by the manager who has assigned them . any ideas how i can solve this issue . thanks in advance .

You would have to create qualifications for each manager and contol this way... NOT RECOMMENDED. You can use structural authorization so the other managers canot see the people that do not report to them, but there is NO control based on WHO entered the data.
