Table TSTCP is for parameterized tocdes. the standard tcode table is TSTC

I am not sure why there is an OSS note even though the note clearly says
that it is applicable only for version(less than) <4.7 but we are already on 4.7.There is no security check performed when i transfer the required role to QA.am i missing somethin'..
