Hi All,
We have a requirement to synchronize our password rules with our Network group. As a result we are being requested to force the following when users reset their passwords:
-at least one alpha character
-at least one numeric character
-at least one special character
Is there a way to do this via standard SAP functionality in 4.6C? I'm aware of table USR40. Is there another tool do enforce these sorts of settings, or am I missing a way to make USR40 do this as well?

THere are a few new system parameters that offer this funcitonality in SAP but I beleive it is a 4.7 option.
As I recall the password reset is completed before the user exit int he logon program but it may be retreivable in clear text , though it will not be a trivial task.
