I have to find a solution to give authorization to change P.O. (ME22N) but only for changing the delivery date. All the other fileds must be in display.
Do someone have a solution for this issue ?

Not possible as delivered.. What is the risk, potential for occurance and codt to control.
there are options SDH0 and prevent change on the fields find a user exit to to code the check or accept that is is LOW risk Low probabbility and there are change documents on all changes and move on to something more important.
