Hello everybody,
when using transaction QA11 my system requires object M_MATE_WRK and field ACTVT with value 02.
Is that normal?
Giving a look in SU24 I can see that the check indicator for transaction QA11 is set on C for object M_MATE_WRK and not CM so I can't fix it in PFCG maintainance; does it depend on how it is organised my customizing?
On that way, when my user try to use QA11 is obviously stopped by the authorization-check controlling value 02 onto object M_MATE_WRK. My user must just display material master data (MM03) so he does not have ACTV 02 onto object M_MATE_WRK but only ACTVT 03 (display).

Working as designed . you are viewing it a changing quality, SAP views it a Changing an attribute of the material master and the code is written to check for "change the master record"..
SU24 has nothing to do with what is required unless you "turn the check off" by marking column 'N' In SU24. this causes SAP to Pass the check regardless of the user's access. ( you willneed tot ransport the change in SU24 to Production if you do this) so you can accomplish what you want.
