hi guys,
i have a problem right now with the maintenace of user's. here's the picture. i have 3 instances and 1 of these 3 is where my Central user administrantion is. Just recently, my CUA has just been deleted! so i have to re set up. But, when i checked the user's roles and profiles, they have been deleted. I have tried running transaction SCUG to sync the user's in my other 2 instaces but none of it seems to work.
it would take me a lot of time if recreate the users again. please help.

Did you solve your problem yet? We had endless problems with CUA and finally gave up on it and switched to the GUA (Global User Admin from PCI). It is much better and is way ahead of CUA. One reference customer that we talked to before we bought it had been using it since the 3.0D days. PCI also has some disaster recovery tools and mass change tools that kick ass on SAP delivered (like SU10) functionality.

I use CUA on 10 different SAP instance and have no problems.
However, unless you have transports containing your roles, they are lost. How did they get deleted? CUA could not have done that, it is does distribute roles, it only records their existence in the parent client.
Perhaps you have the roles in some other SAP instance and/or client that was formerly a child of the CUA?
