I'm wondering whether by adding structural auths to a user, we will restrict their view of PPSS?
We would like them to still be able to see the whole company.
Can anybody guide me here, thanks.

Test it and find out with auth trace on in ST01. The chances are the PPSS goes through the same HR authorization check logic so they will not be able to see the whole company.
review the ST01 and look for P_ABAP, it is is there there might be a way to bypass the check.
