Is it possible through User Exit ? If yes then HOW

In the future post your security questions in the security forum....
But, G/L account access is based on the authorization group you assign to the G/L master record. You can then control access to specific G/L accounts. If the auth group is blank SAP does not perform the check so instead of placing an auth group on ALL G/L accounts place it on only those you do NOT want people to have access, they will then get access to all the rest and then must be given access to those you want controlled.

I have not tried this (no requirement to date), but it should also be possible to put auth groups on ALL accounts and group them as required. You could then use auth object F_BKPF_BES to control access to the accounts of the specific groups.
