Hello,
Do u have print icon in the ESS template?? What version of SAP/ITS r u using? There is a OSS note for web printing in the sapnet. It will basically say that you can print your web info on pdf file which can then be sent to the spool. It behaves a bit different based on ur r/3 version.

Arun, Yes I have a printer icon. I am working on an SAP 4.6C system, with ITS, Version 4640.4395.50.4617, Build 46DC4.504617. I can currently print to an html screen, but then the users must right click to print from there. I wanted to spool directly ot the local printer.
Thanks,
Carly

Hi,
Search in sap notes for LPDF. This is the way how you can print from its.
A window in acrobat reader is popped up with the print contents and the user can print from there.
