We got the account PGONZALEZ that was created yesterday (Table USR02 field ERDAT show the creation of the account 20.04.2004 and the field TRDAT shows the last login 00.00.0000, that means the account never logged the sistem), however this user has been releasing Purchase Requisitions since 4 months ago (Transaction ME53N, release strategy TAB)
Is there a way to know who (truly) has been releasing the purchase requisitions?.

If there is really some type of fraud going on, probably not - depending on what type of logging you have already been having in place.
Is there a person called P. Gonzalez in your company, and is s/he authorized (in reality) to release PRs? If yes, first thing I'd check are the header data change docs for this user, maybe someone deleted the user by accident and recreated it on 20th.

If the search for the (re)created user Pgonzalez brings nowt, you could also search for who has got the requisite Release Strategy plus any other relevant characteristics like plant or whatever in their authorities. This way you can narrow down who is/was actually able to release the requisitions. Once you've a short-list you can begin investigations.
