I have ran a trace on an user with SAP_ALL assigned. In the trace I get

The problem is that when i should add these to the archiving role the activity 06 isn't a choise neither CO_ACTION 0006
How do I solve this?

Why? The purpose of archiving is to delete the respective records from the database (after they have been written to a file and the system has checked that they are legible). So if you archive these objects, you have made the decision that you want these records to be deleted. It is only logical to give activity 06 to the designated archiving user.

Edit: Sorry, just checked the auth object. Now I see what you mean: There is no activity 06. Try '*' instead.

Why would you give an asterisk? Any activity field in SAP Authorizations should NEVER be filled with an asterisk. The proper values should be keyed in for the tcode in SU24 so the proper values are brought in when you add a tcode in the menu of a role. if there is a special case a Manual authorization can be added and the value typed in.
CO_ACTION is NOT validatd on the possible entries and you do NOT have to select it from the list of activities you can type it in . The leading zeroes in this field are important so you MUST type 0006.

and I don't like that.
But how should I solve this? I can't add actvt 06 because that value isn't there.
The K_ORDER object isn't a problem because there I could type in the value 0006.

GO to tcode SU21 and open the object and press th epossible entry button and add the value.
