I searched related posts, but got still no solution
I am creating a role on BW 3.10.
The puropuses are
1) Users can use my query "A1000"
2) Users can not change the query "A1000" under global definition
3) Users can change the the query "A1000" under local view
4) Users can create new query
If these need to be accomplished, what setting do I need?

The two security objects in R:BW_PUBLIC_FOLDER are S_USER_AGE and S_USER_TCD and they have the following values:
S_USER_AGR
Activity *
Role Name R:BW_PUBLIC_FOLDER
S_USER_TCD
RRMX
The restriction of Role Name to R:BW_PUBLIC_FOLDER is what allows the user to create/change/save/delete items in (and only in) the R:BW_PUBLIC_FOLDER.
ZBW_QUERY_WRITER_XXXX
The Query Writer roles are Infocube specific. The XXXX represents the Infocube that the Query Writer will be permitted to Query on. The three security objects in ZBW_QUERY_WRITER_XXXX are S_BDS_D, S_BDS_DS and S_RS_COMP and they have the following values:
S_BDS_D - same values for all roles
Activity *
BDS: *
S_BDS_DS - same values for all roles
Activity *
BDS Class Name *
BDS Class Type *
S_RS_COMP - Infocube and Name vary by role
Activity 01, 02, 03, 06, 16, 22
InfoArea *
InfoCube XXXXX  Example: ZCOPA_C03
Name (ID) of a reporting comp. YQU_ _ _*  Example: REV* (set by BW Team)
