I am auditing SAP system and admin folks have deleted user rceords after job terminaions. How do we get this list along with the date the user master record got deleted?

You can use SUIM > Change Documents > For Users
Select Deleted Users.

To view deleted users, first run tcode USMM(System Measurement)
In the initial screen click on button labeled Measurement Statistics
And then in the screen displayed, click on deleted users and
Bingo! there u will get ur list.
