Any help anyone could offer in setting up authorization groups to tie into device access restriction, please feel free to share. We're on 4.6C and I can see where the auth. group is assigned to the device setup, but I'm not sure where to setup and possibly activate the actual authorization group itself.

Just use object C_SPO_DEV. Instead of entering the output device explicitly in the user authorization, you just the authorization group, that you have assigned to the printer

Has anyone ever experienced in S_SPO_DEV that if a user is not given the authorization to print to a particular printer....that will only work if in SU01..Defaults.."Output immediately" is unchecked. Then the user is forced to go to SP02 and try to print. From there they will get the authorization error.
If this button is checked in SU01, it seems that sometimes even if the user is not authorized to print to a particular printer, it prints anyway.
Also..the trace shows no authorization as well but still prints.
Anybody experience this as well?
