I would like to call a SAP Transaction from another system with some parameters in entry, is it possible? I really don’t know how the Transactional RFC works.

What kind of 'other' software r u guys using. If your software is capable of calling a RFC it will be easy. You can also retrieve anything u want with a bit of programming in R/3. Also, there are many connectors (there is also the SAP's ALE) available which could connect to R/3 and pull data depending upon from where u want to pull the data. Let me know if u want anything more (but, with more specific details)
