Hi,
When using SU01 to assign roles to a user in a 4.6c system the roles turn red when I hit the save button. When they are pasted into the screen they and enter is pressed they are Green. I am forced to do a user compare on every role that is added to the user for the roles to be useful to the users and "Green" We recently upgraded to hotpack 47 from 25 if that is of any help.

You can create a batch job that will be running at regular intervals to do mass user compare, that should resolve the problem. You may need to talk to Basis guys if it is not under your control.
