Is there a transaction that displays which modules are configured /
implemented in the SAP system?

Answer:
All standard modules are loaded, SAP's Attempt to get you to test drive. The only things that are not included are the add-ins like APO. there is a transaction that lists what is "installed" I'll have to look, I'm not logged in at present.
