Hi all
one of our developers want access to tcode " FILE " in dev , i am trying to give this authorization to developer, when i go to SU24 and view authorization objects in its shows S_TABU_CLI and S_TABU_DIS,
but the current role developers have all ready have access to these Authorization objects and required fields, but still why are they not able to make any changes when they access FILE,even i have modified sap_all but still it shows the message " you are not allowed to change cross client customizing as a pop up message is there any other restriction thats set?how is it possible when the Authorization objects are active and have required fields

You need to change the client settings. It isn't authorizations. It is in transaction SCC4
