I remember there was a way to re-create a user in the system after the account has been deleted. I need to know what authorizations a user had and want to give the same to another user. Does anyone know how it can be done?

check out the change docs for the user (can find them via menu or SUIM). This will tell the profiles assigned to the (now deleted) user & you can find the roles from there

I know there is an easier way to do this (atleast in pre 4.7 releases). Someone showed me how to do it and I didn't note it down at that time.
