Hi, Im adding reports to an Area Menu in DEV. The system automatically assigns a transaction code - Y_DEV_xxxxxxxx.
Is there any way to get the system to use a naming convention like Z_PRD_xxxxxxxx?

You can enter any tcode you would like when adding a report to a menu. You do not have to user the 'Z_xxx_nnnnnnn' format at all and should not. make the tcode usefull Z_PRD_38293043 is useless for a user to remember but Z_FI_AR_due would be. When you add the report there is a small icon at the bottom (blue box with down arrow) press it and remove the check box and enter the tcode definition you want and the description
