I have setup the PO release strategy based on:
a) PO Type
b) Plant
c) Total value
The setting is complete. But I didnt manage to get it. I knew I have left out the authorisation part I couldnt find much help.
Can any one of u assist me?

The authorisation I mean here is like what PID Code and which profile to assign, I couldnt locate my notes on that.
I just tried, the PID for release is it FAB?

If I remember correctly, the authorisation that needs to be populated for PO release code(s) is M_EINK_FRG and the transaction is ME28.

Also please note that a PID is not a security measure, it merely pre-fills a default values whicha user can change if they so desire.
