Hi,
When I am on my laptop and go to help.sap.com, documents, enterprise and click on the link english, I get a blank page. I tried everything like IE/Tools/Options/reset, delete files, delete cookies. I even installed sp2 and purchased spyware program, repaired the XP operating system, disabled the firewall, installed netscape 8 but nothing seems to work. Can anyone please help..

Try logon to SAP from your laptop and then browse the web from there.
