I have installed EP6 and http://<hostname>:58800/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.navigation.portallauncher.default i got the logon screen
i am using it for the first time
what user name and password should i give
to logon.is there are any files to be edited for username and password
Can i logon with the sap* password used for sap r3

Answer:
Use SAP J2EE administrator Id and password or SAP* and 06071992.
It all depends on which Stack of netweaver you re using..if you are using NW stack 04 or higher ,you can user the J2ee administrator id.
