i am using srm 4.0 . in ebp , i would like to restrict users to see purchase orders from his purchase organisation only when they are using the sourcing cockpit transaction code . how can i do that in the org structure without creating derived roles for each purchase organisation . thanks in advance

If I recall, purchasing organization is an attribute that can be assigned to a node of the org hierarchy in SRM. All the positions below that node will inherit it. If a position needs to workacross purchasing organizations you can assign the attribute directly to their position.

Hello,
We are using SRM 5.0 after ramp-up and the org values are there to fill in for PORG.
Doesn't work as far as I can tell - the value "wibble" will allow you access to any PORG at present.

Has anybody got the same problem? (does the same with PGRPS too...)
