Is there a system delived activity group that allows a user to enter time for themselves only?
If not, is the way to set this up trace it and make an activity group for each individual using their Org key in p_orgin? (p_orgin vdsk1)

Answer:
You should use P_PERNR for this.
1. You will need to ensure the check is enabled (via tx OOSW)
2. You need infotype 105 subtype 0001 populated to link pers number with user id
3. give P_PERNR: PSIGN=I to give access to the infotype records for that person (IIRC 0316 for time data)
you could use P_ORGIN but that would be manually intensive.
