is there a specify role for developer in produc.systems?, or better which kind of value can I give them for auth obj s_program and s_develop without risk?Often, they have to analize dump or other check, eventualy debug.

If you give them S_DEVELOP make sure that value DEBUG does not have actvt 02=replace .

Developers in PRoduction should only have display access and should not have DEBUG in any form (system performance issue, SAP PRD is for transaction processing, use QAS for debug). No developer should have S_PROGRAM as it allows then to execute all the report with the value specified and with SE38, SA38 they can run all unprotected reports.
If they need to see the code then use remote code compare in SE38 in developemnt
