If you're just looking for the t-codes that are in the role menu, table AGR_TCODES contains these - if there any manually inserted S_TCODE values or ranges, you're better off running report RSUSR010 - the results can be saved to a local file and parsed in Excel.

you can look in SUIM for all transactions executable for a role, a profile, a user .... after that use the normal excel export
