I hope I am not going mad but I am sure I have seen this somewhere and hoping that someone out there can help!
I have seen somewhere a option which allows you to to check off "change password", so that the user is not forced to change his/her password. I am not sure if its in R/3/BW/CRM. Has someone else seen this at all?
I want to be able to restrict some users that should never need to change their passwords!

1. Not a good practice.
2. Se the user up as a service user and the password does not change
THere is a system parameter login/disable_password_logon
but should be used in conjunction with single sign on
Other than this you need to use a password that expires.
