We're upgrading from 4.0 to 4.7. We've upgrade our Dev system and run the SU25 transaction to convert profiles to roles, now Dev is all sorted - do we need to run this in QA and eventually Prod systems as well before we transport anything up? or is it enough that we've done in Dev once?

I did it once in DEV, then maintained all the activity groups (make sure there are no OPEN FIELDS), then I do a mass transport downstream.
