Has anyone implemented CRM and can tell me the number of basic roles created for that system. Also, I understand Solution Manager and BW are integral to the CRM system. Does anyone know what the role structure is for those systems as well?

The number and structure of roles in CRM and BW depend entirely on what the business requirements. I have been at clients where they have used 10 CRM roles, and other clients where they have over 100.
The same goes for BW, it depends entirely on what you are using it for, how you are using it, the organsiational structure and the firms attitude to risk.
