Can this auth. object be used in TRANSACTION level?
It works in XK01/FK01 (Create Vendor) but not in FV60/F-43 though (or did i miss something?).

This is a master data control object. Use authorization groups and F_BKPF_BEK to have group specific control at the transaction level.
