Is there a way to change the logon language of the Portal 6.0 (http://server/irj) from english to something else? I installed spanish on the system, and require the logon page to be shown in ES too.

Solved it with an oss message. I had to change or add the following in C:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGSXX\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\WEB-INF\portal\system\properties\prtDefault.properties
request.mandatorylanguage=es
