Auth made easy 3.1

Question: Anyone knows where I can get a hold of the Authorizations Made Easy 3.1 book. I seem to remember that it exists, but not 100%. I would assume I could find a free copy of this book, as you can with the 4.5 and 4.6 books

Thanks

Answer:
Henrik,

I don't have AMEZ for 3.1 but do have the security guide covering 3.0, 3.1 & 4.0 if that's of any help.

Cheers,

Al.

Answer:
there's a non-free version at http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=xJ6APBYCPP&endeca=1&isbn=189357041X&itm=8

also document http://www.mit.edu/afs/athena/project/its-alive/sap-docs/R3-SecGuide-Vol1.pdf says that you can order Material Number 50021412 (Release 3.1G/3.1H) at SAP.

Answer:
I do realise that. For now I'll just take what I can get. I'm trying to do some remote training for an administrator of security on 3.1h, so I'm thankful for whatever is available. I am very familiar with the authorisation concept before PFCG, but I don't have any material to hand out...

Snowy - please read my first reply

Answer:
Henrik,

3.1h can use PFCG. check OSS notes about this.

Answer:
Snowy, I know that PFCG can be used, and that is what I'm doing the training on. It is somewhat different from the newer versions, and requires a lot more testing and tweaking before the activity groups are of any value...
