The particular problem is that I have a query transaction with some selection criterions. I have to manage the authorization considering that and assigning different values according to the different user.

Normally this is done by the authorizations of the application the query is based on.
Like in HR you have the authority to execute queries and the various HR authorizations take care of the data the user can see.
