Question:
I am trying to find out who has used SA38.
When I run ST03 to look at transaction usage SA38 does not appear.
I think this is because it shows the report run.
Is there any way round this.

SAP has a few tcodes it HARD CODES to exclude and uses alternatives, this is one of them so you have to look for
SAPMS38M for SA38,
SAPMS38E and RSABAPPROGRAM for se38.
